Elsa Hải Đăng Lê was born in a loving and studious family. Her grandfather, Mr. Lê Văn Chánh (Lê Hải Phong), was Head of Vietnam Traditional Medical Organization, who devoted his whole life studying medicines and serving the local community. He invented the medicine called Pg-60 a haemorrhoids treatment when he was a political prisoner in Con Dao during the Vietnam war. His invention contributed to Vietnamese medicine and he is a great example of wisdom, devotion, kindness, courage and generosity.

She learn meanings of life through her family history with kindness and courage to experience and develop her qualities.

Vee Nguyen lives in a close relationship with her extended family. Some of her cousins were raised in a challenging condition of finance for schooling.

After graduation, she has worked and tried to call her network for supporting her cousins with “Family Scholarship” so that these children could continue their study.

She also found children who had similar family situations and brought more ordeals for them to study well. She wished for a scholarship supporting excellent pupils to accomplish their highschool graduation.

Vee Nguyen, Sophie Dao and Elsa Hai Dang Le together opened EShare to sponsor these students and helping to mentor them for their confidence in life.

A single mum struggled with raising two young kids and a busy career in food retail in 2003. She found out that by involving her kids in helping special kids in Nguyễn Văn Bảo orphanage center was a great way to mould their personalities. Taking the advantage of buying wholesale food at good prices through her workplace to provide to the orphanage bringing joy not only to the kids but also to her family and friends who were participating. Realizing that teaching people how to catch a fish is way better than providing a fish, lead her to start tutoring the kids in English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry by herself and with the help of some friends. Two kids at the center got into college and some more found that studying is much more fun really inspired her to plan bigger each year. Having the opportunity to meet Vi and Đăng, who have been doing the same thing as her and also have desire to help young kids who are doing good at school but whose families cannot afford to pay for their education. Together they founded EShare in 2016 which is the biggest and most meaningful project of their lives.
